I just made this using basmati rice I had acctnedially overcooked a little. I had added cumin, crushed cardamom seed, cinnamon, a little salt, and a TINY bit of black pepper to my rice already, so I just added saffron and a little more cardamom to this recipe. I used about a cup of cooked rice to a cup of milk, then added some fresh milk afterward and it was delish!!! Next time, I will follow her recipe exactly though. Thank you so much for posting this and all of your other videos!
